Absolutely. This is one of Coach Andres's core specialties. He has trained dozens of clients through serious health complications, working alongside their physicians to create safe, effective programs. Your conditions are not a barrier. They are part of the plan.

What if I am completely out of shape or have not exercised in years?

That is exactly who this coaching is designed for. Many of Andres's most successful clients started from a place of complete inactivity, some dealing with serious health conditions on top of it. There is no minimum fitness level required. Your program starts where YOU are, not where someone else thinks you should be.

No. The majority of clients work with Coach Andres online from anywhere in the country. In-person sessions are available for those in the Redding area, but the online coaching experience is equally comprehensive, including video check-ins, form reviews, and full program access.
